Check-in is the moment when you can enter our holiday home and start enjoying your stay in Rome. Our check-in time is 4pm. This means that you can arrive at the house after that time and make your entrance in peace.

Previous Communication: Please be sure to let us know your expected arrival time in advance, so that we can arrange to welcome you upon your arrival.
Luggage: If your arrival is earlier than the check-in time, we may be able to store your luggage so that you can start exploring the city without the weight of your luggage.
Flexibility: We will do our best to be flexible, but if you arrive well before the check-in time, you may need to wait for the house to be ready.
Check-Out: By 11:00
Check-out is the time when you must leave our vacation home. Our check-out time is by 11am.

Cleaning and Maintenance: After your check-out, the house will be carefully cleaned and prepared for the next guests. This helps us ensure that every guest has a clean and comfortable home.
Luggage Storage: If your flight or train departs later than the check-out time, we can organize storage of your luggage so you can continue exploring Rome without worries.
Flexibility: We will do our best to be flexible, but please respect your check-out time so that we can prepare the house for the next guests.
